- Wholesale suppliers
- Artisan partners
- Print-on-demand partners
- Floral partners
- Drop-ship suppliers
- Digital delivery services
- Other approved fulfillment partners
If an order includes products fulfilled by multiple partners, items may:
- ship separately;
- arrive on different dates;
- include separate tracking information;
- be packaged independently; and
- be delivered by different carriers or service providers.
Where practical, Velvet Sage Gifts will coordinate fulfillment to provide the best possible customer experience. However, separate shipments are a normal part of offering a diverse range of carefully curated products.
6. Shipping Regions & Availability

Customers are responsible for ensuring that email addresses provided for digital delivery are accurate.
If a digital delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect recipient information or technical issues outside the control of Velvet Sage Gifts, we will make commercially reasonable efforts to assist in completing the delivery where possible.
13. Delivery Delays
While Velvet Sage Gifts and our fulfillment partners make every reasonable effort to process and deliver orders promptly, delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
- supplier processing delays;
- inventory shortages;
- production delays;
- carrier delays;
- severe weather;
- public holidays;
- transportation disruptions;
- customs or regulatory inspections (where applicable);
- labour disputes;
- natural disasters;
- public emergencies; or
- other unforeseen events.
Where practical, we will work with our suppliers and shipping partners to provide updates and assist Customers in tracking delayed orders.
14. Lost, Damaged & Missing Shipments
If an order arrives damaged, appears incomplete, or is believed to be lost during transit, Customers should contact Velvet Sage Gifts as soon as reasonably possible.
Where appropriate, we will work with the relevant supplier, fulfillment partner, or shipping carrier to investigate the issue.
Depending on the circumstances, resolution may include:
- shipment tracing;
- replacement of eligible products;
- repair or replacement where appropriate;
- refund in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy; or
- another reasonable solution based on the circumstances.
Claims relating to shipping damage or missing deliveries may require supporting photographs, documentation, or information requested by the carrier or supplier.
15. Failed Deliveries & Returned Orders

- the Recipient is unavailable;
- the delivery address is incorrect or incomplete;
- access to the delivery location is restricted;
- the shipment is refused;
- delivery cannot be completed within the carrier's policies; or
- local delivery conditions prevent successful delivery.
Where an order is returned to the supplier or fulfillment partner, Velvet Sage Gifts will contact the Customer to discuss available options.
Additional shipping charges may apply if a shipment must be resent due to circumstances outside the reasonable control of Velvet Sage Gifts.
