Business & Corporate Gifting Policy
1. Purpose
This Business & Corporate Gifting Policy describes how Velvet Sage Gifts supports organizations using the Platform for employee recognition, client appreciation, promotional campaigns, event gifting, and other business-related gifting activities.
This Policy should be read together with our Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns, Refunds & Account Credit Policy, and any other applicable Platform policies.
2. Scope
This Policy applies to businesses, organizations, government entities, charities, and other commercial customers placing orders through the Platform, whether for individual gifts or larger gifting campaigns.
3. Business Orders
Business customers may place single orders or coordinate multiple gifts for employees, clients, partners, vendors, prospects, or event recipients.
Large or customized projects may require additional planning, production time, minimum order quantities, or separate written quotations.
4. Recipient Information
Business customers are responsible for ensuring that recipient names, contact information, delivery details, gift messages, and scheduling instructions are accurate.
Where the Platform offers recipient confirmation or address collection services, delivery will proceed according to the workflow selected by the customer.
5. Delivery & Scheduling
Requested delivery dates are treated as requested delivery targets rather than guaranteed delivery dates unless expressly agreed in writing.
Delivery timing remains subject to product availability, carrier performance, seasonal demand, recipient responsiveness, and other factors described in our Shipping Policy.
6. Branding & Personalization
Where available, business customers may request branded messaging, customized packaging, promotional inserts, personalized gift messages, or other business presentation options.
Availability varies by Product, Seller Partner, production requirements, and order size.
7. Pricing, Quotes & Payment
Business pricing, volume discounts, promotional offers, and custom quotations are provided at Velvet Sage Gifts’ discretion and may vary by Product, quantity, supplier, or campaign requirements.
Orders requiring quotations or custom sourcing may not enter production until payment or other agreed arrangements have been completed.
8. Changes & Cancellations
Because many business gifts involve custom sourcing, personalization, production scheduling, or advance purchasing, requested changes or cancellations may not be possible after order processing has begun.
Any available refunds or account credits will be handled in accordance with our Returns, Refunds & Account Credit Policy.
9. Corporate Gifting Concierge Services
Velvet Sage Gifts may provide planning assistance, gift recommendations, sourcing support, campaign coordination, recipient management, scheduling assistance, reminder automation, and other concierge services.
Recommendations are provided as a convenience and remain subject to Product availability, pricing, supplier participation, and customer approval.
10. Confidentiality
Velvet Sage Gifts will use business account information, recipient information, and order details in accordance with our Privacy Policy and will make commercially reasonable efforts to protect confidential business information submitted through the Platform.
11. Policy Changes
Velvet Sage Gifts may revise this Business & Corporate Gifting Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our Platform, services, business operations, or applicable law.
The most current version of this Policy will be published on the Platform and becomes effective on the Effective Date shown at the beginning of this Policy.
